Thursday 17th December

An uneventful flight from Hobart to Melbourne and then on to Perth.  We arrive late in the evening.  Freo Mews is much the same (with the exception of some absent 'friends').  Pam, Chris and Edna say hello and then fly off to Tasmania for Christmas and New Year. 'You know where everything is'!

Nero remembers us, and he's had a short back and sides.	Our missing 'friends' are the lorikeets in the tree next to the house.  A Kookaburra has eaten them!  and made a nest in the tree.  Look carefully and you can just see the tail (on the trunk in the centre of the picture).
