Adelaide

The Adelaide Hills just 20 minutes outside the city were our first point of contact with the city.  This was the end of our first section of the tour, having driven some 1100 miles from Melbourne.

Mount Lofty provided a fantastic first view of the city

Cleland Wildlife Park

This place boasts more cuddly fur than most other parks.  Surprisingly we were encouraged to get close to the animals and help with the feeding.

Adelaide City

The city is a cosmopolitan and cultural centre bordered by the enchanted hills of the Mt Lofty Ranges and the long sandy beaches of the Gulf of St Vincent.
